As part of the continuous development of the company's commercial activity, we are looking to immediately hire a Customer Service Agent.

The Customer Service Agent will be part of our call center and will be responsible for customer service, informing customers about new book titles, and processing orders.

Required qualifications/skills:
  • Strong verbal communication skills (telephone)
  • Good knowledge of computers and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Responsibility and professionalism
  • Team spirit
  • Ability to work under pressure
Desired qualifications:
  • University degree
  • Degree in foreign or Greek philology
  • Teaching experience
  • Excellent knowledge of English (C2 level)
  • Previous experience in a call center
